Giddi247.com provides a variety of free and paying online services including but not limited to professional directories and online portfolios accessible through various URL’s including but not limited to https://Giddi247.com and its affiliate sites (“Giddi247.com Web Site”, “this Web Site”,”Giddi247.com resources”, “services”). These services are usable by all registered users and may be viewed by non-registered users, with the exception of the paying services that are limited to paying members only but may be viewed by non-registered users. Recruitment agencies, employers, companies, project managers and gigs hosts scouts for talents using Giddi247 Services (hereinafter “Professional Members”) may also be able to view your online portfolio.
Giddi247.com is not a Talent Agency. Giddi247.com does not represent you or its members as an agent, manager or otherwise. By paying the applicable membership fee, you are paying for the right to post your online Portfolio on Giddi247.com and access various Giddi247.com paying member-only services. Your Giddi247.com portfolio may be seen by Professional Members who use Giddi247.com’s services. Professional Members who use Giddi247.com’s services may be charged a commission or fee related to their use of the Giddi247.com service but Giddi247.com members are not charged any commission or fee related to their employment received from Professional Members through Giddi247.com. Giddi247.com does not offer services directly related to any member’s future employment, and Giddi247.com does not take any commissions or other fees from its members in connection with any employment a member might obtain. Accordingly, you are responsible for the applicable membership fee regardless of whether or not you secure work and/or are contacted by a Professional Member.

REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In order to use Giddi247.com’s resources, you must obtain access to the world wide web, pay any service fees associated with such access, and supply all equipment necessary to make a connection with the World Wide Web. By using any of Giddi247.com’s services, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the service’s registration form and (b) maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. AGE REQUIREMENT

In addition, before you can become a Giddi247.com member and/or use the Giddi247.com Web site if you are between the ages of 13 and 17, inclusive, you must obtain permission from your parent or guardian.

Gift Credits
Gift Credits are a virtual currency on Giddi247.com, valued at 50% of the national currency. Users can acquire Gift Credits through gifting transactions. They hold no cash value outside the platform and cannot be transferred or redeemed.
Gifting Process:
Users may gift Gift Credits to other talents on the platform. Gifting is irreversible, and completed transactions cannot be refunded or exchanged. Transactions may be subject to national fees and tax, and users will be notified of charges before confirming.
Withdrawal Process:
Talents receiving Gift Credits can withdraw them to their linked bank account. Withdrawals will be processed in the national currency at a conversion rate of 50% of the virtual value. Withdrawal requests may incur processing fees, with users notified in advance.
Eligibility:
To participate, users must be registered Giddi247.com members and adhere to the platform’s general terms. Talents must meet additional eligibility criteria specified by Giddi247.com for receiving Gift Credits.
Use of Gift Credits:
Gift Credits can be used within the platform for purchasing premium features, accessing exclusive content, or supporting other talents. Giddi247.com reserves the right to introduce, modify, or remove features and benefits associated with Gift Credits without prior notice.
Compliance and Prohibited Activities:

Talent Ranking
Participating in the talent ranking system on our profiling platform signifies your agreement with the following terms:

(m) Having multiple Giddi247.com portfolios with different names or inaccurate or inconsistent information; posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate portfolio information or information which is not your own accurate portfolio (living individual seeking modelling employment on a full-time or part-time basis on his or her own behalf).
(n) the selling or placement of advertising on your Giddi247.com home page or portfolio page to anyone or any commercial third party;
(o) using the Giddi247.com forums, email or any other means, except if explicitly authorized in writing by Giddi247.com, to contact Giddi247.com members for talent placement services, model scouting or booking or any other form of recruitment, agent services or job placement offer; offering any franchise, pyramid scheme, “club membership”, distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an upfront or periodic payment, pays commissions only (no significant salary), requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents;
(p) taking any action which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Giddi247.com Web Site’s infrastructure;
(q) if you have a password allowing access to a non-public area of the Giddi247.com Web Site, disclosing to or sharing your password with any third parties or using your password for any unauthorized purpose;
